For the Path of Christ Church congregation in Chebukaka, 2023 started with celebration. After 5 years of prayer and painstakingly slow progress, we finally have a roof on our church, and we can worship safely in our new church!

Although the church still needs a floor, windows and a door before it will be complete, the members of our congregation are happy to at least have the strong, large roof over our heads. After many years of worshipping in the small, temporary church structure with its much weaker framework, it certainly is a relief.

We keep on praying for the completion of our church, and know we will see the end of the construction, and the full completion of this project. We know the Lord will provide, because the church is His bride, and He shall see this to its completion.

We would also like to thank, from the bottom of our hearts, all our dear international friends who have helped us during the last year. It is during this last year that the roofing project was started and completed. It is your contributions, your donations and gifts, that made all the difference.

During the past year you contributed to the roofing project, as well as church rental, school funding, our little food-farming project to feed the children and others, and many other unforeseen financial challenges that may otherwise have been disastrous to our existence.

We thank you and we especially thank our Lord and Father in heaven, our Holy Provider, Trinitarian, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, for giving us love, mercy, grace, and support, and sending us kind, caring, loving donors, who sometimes give out of their own poverty. And we thank our Sovereign God for the multiplication that He gives us by means of exchange rates. Even the gifts of poor people on the other side of the world, turned into large gifts in our humble congregation.
